TRIBL breaks GRAMMY® record for the most nominations for an inspirational independent label

TRIBL Records is an independent label that represents a host of talented gospel artists. This year alone TRIBL has made headlines for their powerful partnerships and music industry moves they’ve made. TRIBL Records is again in the limelight as they have received the title for the most GRAMMY® nominations for a gospel artist in one year.

The GRAMMY® nominations have been released and the show is set to air late January. TRIBL Records is the first independent label to receive this large amount of nominations, especially for one group, in particular a crowd favorite, Maverick City Music.

Maverick City Music alone received 5 nominations for Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song, Best Contemporary Christian Music Album, Best Gospel Album, Best Gospel Performance/Song plus a Best Gospel Performance/Song nomination for member Dante Bowe’s single “Joyful.”
