“P-Valley” star J. Alphonse Nicholson marries longtime girlfriend 

J. Alphonse Nicholson also known as Lil’ Murda from P-Valley and long time fiancé Nafeesha have tied the knot!

The couple had a beautiful wedding ceremony at the Vibiana, an event hall that was once a cathedral, in Los Angeles, California filled with friends and family.

In his speech, J. Alphonse said that when he met his wife in 2016, he was still trying to make it in the acting industry, acting on stage in Oakland while playing buckets as a drummer in New York City subway stations. Despite his hardships, she stayed with him.

In attendance were Lance Gross and his wife Rebecca, Sheria Irving, Miriam A. Hyman and her partner, Jerry O’Connell and Rebecca Romijn, and of course his P-Valley family as well as a vocal performance by Adrian Marcel.

Neal Fraser and Amy Knoll Fraser, who are owners of the Vibiana venue, also served as the chefs for the shindig. Cannabis lovers also had a chance to get a taste of Nicholson’s strain, “The Phonzie,” from his partnership with the Black-owned Ball Family Farms at the cannabis bar.

The newlyweds looked amazing with Nicolson in a custom green suit by Marlan Simpson and his wife in a beautiful white gown.
