Tasha Cobbs Leonard, award winning Gospel artist is not only making sound waves but waves in the fashion industry as well. In the pandemic Cobbs released a timely album entitled ‘Royalty: Live at The Ryman.” Which became the first Christian gospel worship album to be recorded at Nashville music hall. The album not only glorified God but tackled hard issues head on that related to the current political and racial climate. In an interview with Forbes, Cobb explained she was intentional with how she addressed these issues and wanted to remind people that no matter what others may say, remember what God says about you.

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” (Psalm 139:14)

Cobbs has been an advocate for body positivity. In the Forbes interview she shared that it has taken years for her to accept her body. She so eloquently represents for all the curvy girls around the world. Her curvy athleisure wear came from her inability to catch the plus size items on Beyoncé’sIvy Park’ site. Then she just jokingly said she would make her own. Then it was as if she couldn’t shake the idea.  She took the idea and ran, doing research and then launching her first collection for company ‘Curve Athletics.’

Cobbs didn’t stop there she has now partnered with Eloquii. In their campaign “Six Icons, Six Days,” featuring Tasha Cobbs Leonard as one of the trailblazers to design a limited-edition collection. Cobbs was hands on in every step of turning this idea to a tangible creation. Her collection features classic styles embracing the classic look of black and white. She created looks that can be worn year-round. She hopes that everyone who wears her outfit will feel confident in what they want to achieve. Be sure to check out her limited-edition collection.
