Whew, is it hot in here or is it just me? Nevermind, it’s Ashanti. The singer appeared in Joyner Lucas’ music video for his new single, “Fall Slowly,” featuring Ashanti and our jaws are still dropped.
Throughout the music video scenes with the two love birds get pretty intense. Expect to see a steamy—literally steamy—shower scene with the two as well as a make out sesh in a blue lit bedroom. It is safe to say the music video is not for little eyes and ears.
The lyrics of the song detail their relationship from disagreements to confessions of their love for one another.
“I love you more than I love myself,” said Lucas. “When we hurt each other we come back to help each other heal.”
Up until now the two have not been open about their relationship. If you can recall, Ashanti’s last public romantic relationship with singer Nelly ended after 10 years of being together back in 2013.
Now, Ashanti has a new bae and it is safe to say our girl is no longer foolish. Watch the music video below.
