Dr. Dre’s wife accused of draining funds from a business account

Dr. Dre’s wife of 24 years, Nicole Young, is being accused of stealing money by draining their entire business account. Record One, a business co-founded by Dr. Dre and business partner Larry Chatman in 2015, claimed that Nicole wrote a check for herself for $353,571.85.

According to TMZ, she took $353,571.85, two days after she took an additional $31,457, after no longer being legally authorized to do so.

Larry’s legal team is threatening to press charges for theft and take legal action. Dre’s legal team is also threatening to sue if funds are not returned within one week.

On the other side of the ball, Nicole’s legal team says this is an attempt to smear her name and a “low-grade PR stunt.” They accused Dre’s team of trying to take the spotlight off the lawsuit she filed on him about hiding assets.
