Michael B. Jordan and Lori Harvey have called it quits after a year and a half of dating.
According to People magazine, a source close to the pair states that they, “are both completely heartbroken.”
Although a statement has been released from a source close to them, Harvey and Jordan have not given any updates on their relationship other than their social media status.
Harvey has removed all traces of Jordan from her Instagram page, while Jordan has left pictures of the two on his. One post includes pictures of them from their night at the 2022 Vanity Fair Oscars Party.
Another picture is of Harvey by herself captioned, “I love her.”
Steve Harvey, Lori’s father had a few words to say about his daughter’s social media activity and break-up on Monday’s episode of the, “The Steve Harvey Morning Show.”
He made a joke about his previous divorces and the pair parting ways, “I’ve got to start learning from my children. Get out early before it cost you something,” he said. “I’m going to have to start breaking up on IG because this going to court is expensive.”
In the same episode Harvey expressed support for his daughter saying, “I’m Team Lori, one thousand percent. She’s my daughter,” he said. “I love her. I support her.”
Harvey made this joke a day after a clip of Jordan from game 2 of the NBA Finals went viral on social media. In the video, he appears to be smiling and clapping for the players.
Many people felt as though he was just attempting to smile through the pain of his ended relationship.
