Maverick City Music pauses relationship with Dante Bowe due to his behavior

Maverick City Music announced that they will be parting ways with singer, songwriter Dante Bowe.

At the moment, it is still unclear what Bowe did but Maverick City stated the decision was due to his behavior which is inconsistent with their values.

Rumors have been circulating Bowe posted a nude picture on his story, some said he was having a good time on a party bus but people think it’s much deeper than that.

Bowe has since made his Instagram page private after the release of Maverick City Music’s statement.

Many fans are saddened that Maverick City has parted ways with Dante and are sending him prayers as well as waiting for more explanation.

Just hoping Dante Bowe has someone around him who extends God’s love & continuously reminds him that He is loved.

Public reprimand, humiliation, and shame are not easy & often feel isolating. So I hope he’s surrounded by love.

He has been with Maverick City Music since 2019 and has made history as the first artist to have the greatest number of simultaneous GRAMMY nominations in both Gospel & Christian genres with three solo and two group award nominations for the upcoming 64th GRAMMY Awards.

There hasn’t been a statement from Bowe but Maverick City Music wishes Bowe nothing but the best. “Dante is a brother in Christ and as such he has our full commitment and unwavering support as he continues to navigate his path forward.”
