TV show producer and rapper Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson has decided to help actress and comedian Mo’Nique return to television.

The producer is considering working with the Precious star but has also pushed for media stars Tyler Perry and Oprah to try and make things right with her before doing so.

On Monday, 50 Cent captioned in a post on Instagram “I’m sure Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry would not want to continue to allow their influence to damage @therealmoworldwide career and this has gone on for way too long,” said 50. “So now would be a great time to apologize because I’m gonna put her back on. GLG, GreenLighGang, I don’t miss!”.

On Tuesday, 50 cent took to Instagram to mention how he and the Madea film series creator had a recent conversation. He wrote “He said he couldn’t speak for Oprah but he is sure she is fine with Monique and has even brought her up for things Monique has no idea about. I’m so happy for Mo right now ! GLG GreenLightGang She Back.”

Two weeks ago, 50 Cent attended Mo’Nique’s standup set during Super Bowl weekend and expressed his enthusiasm for her after seeing her performance. His caption read “I went to see @therealmoworldwide stand up show super bowl weekend. oh sh*t! it was so good, she had my a** in a trance. you gotta go check her out the sh*t was @bransoncognac @lecheminduroi.”

In another post, he shared a fan-made mashup video of a scene from his popular 2014 TV series Power and from the 2009 movie Precious followed by the caption “I Gotta get @therealmoworldwide back in pocket, we only suppose to cancel sh*t that ain’t good for the culture. we need you to WIN again now MONIQUE.”

Back in 2015, Mo’Nique made claims that she was ‘blackballed’ from the film industry after her Best Supporting Actress win for the 2009 film Precious at the Academy Awards in 2010.

In an interview, the actress listed several media moguls that blackballed her and labeled her as “difficult to work with” due to her refusing to advertise Precious without receiving compensation for it. Those moguls included Tyler Perry, Oprah and Lee Daniels.
