Despite recent ankle injuries, LeBron James has a major victory to celebrate. Last Sunday, Amazon’s IMDb TV announced that they have greenlit season 2 of the UNINTERRUPTED docuseries “Top Class: The Life and Times of the Sierra Canyon Trailblazers”.

Executive produced by James and Maverick Carter, “Top Class” season 1 showcased the daily lives of the Sierra Canyon Trailblazers, a nationally ranked high school basketball program outside of Los Angeles. Featuring top high school prospects BJ Boston, Ziaire Williams, LeBron James Jr., and Amari Bailey, season 1 concluded with the COVID-19 pandemic halting the season of the 2-time defending state champions.

Season 2 will pick up exactly where season 1 left off, giving exclusive access into the Trailblazers’ journey as they handle the global pandemic, training at home, and attending Sierra Canyon High School.

“Top Class” will be streamed exclusively by IMDb TV, a free video streaming service that also will also host the docuseries Moment of Truth, IMDb TV Originals Leverage: Redemption and Alex Rider, the comedy series Sprung and reality court show Untitled Judge Judy Sheindlin Project.

UNINTERRUPTED is the athlete empowerment media company started by LeBron James and his business partner Maverick Carter. It acts as one-third of The Springhill Company, a global entertainment company “created to empower greatness in every individual.”

The other two companies include Springhill Entertainment, a film/television company, and The Robot Company, a “brand and culture consultancy”.

It will be interesting to see some more of the moves The Springhill Company has in store for 2021.
