Tiffany Haddish seems to be doing well despite her recent DUI arrest. She made several jokes about it during an appearance on “The Tonight Show.”

Earlier this month, on January 14, Haddish was arrested and charged with a DUI after cops said that she had dozed off in the driver seat of her car. She was only in custody for a couple of hours and later posted bail.

Haddish was scheduled to be on the show before her breakup with rapper, Common, and her recent arrest for drinking and driving in Georgia.

During her segment, host Jimmy Fallon, asked about her personal life but also assured her that she did not have to answer anything if she did not feel comfortable.

Haddish was animated throughout the interview and was not afraid to joke about the situation.

“I can say this, Jimmy. I’ve been praying to God to send me a new man. A good man,” Haddish said according to The Wrap. “And God went ahead and sent me four, in uniform. I wasn’t expecting it. I was not expecting that at all.”

The interview took a serious turn when Fallon informed Haddish that he knew about her having a tough week after losing people close to her.

“Yeah, one of our mutual friends Bob Saget who was like a big mentor to me, a big brother, father figure. He meant a lot to me,” she said. “Funny man. He was the first white man to ever tell me, “Just be yourself” and that was huge for me.”
