Fossil and Cedella Marley came together to produce a limited-edition collection inspired by her father, Bob Marley’s hit song “One Love,” for International Women’s Day.

“My dad wrote the song “One Love” in 1977. Today in 2022, I think the message is as important as ever. It’s a song of equality. One love means love for everyone, for all humanity. It doesn’t matter the color, creed, social status, or anything like that.” Cedella spoke exclusively to BET.

The collaboration is part of Fossil’s #MakeTimeForGood initiative which promises to donate 25% of proceeds from the collection to World Pulse as well as making a donation of $10,000 to the Bob and Rita Marley Foundation to support the Jamaica Women’s National Football Program.

The reggae royalty created the collection to honor her father where she’s implemented her Jamaican heritage that embodies the spirit of togetherness.

The limited-edition collection consists of a necklace, 35MM rose gold-tone watch, and bracelet, along with Fossil’s top-selling Parker Convertible Backpack and Logan Zip Clutch.

Cedella Marley is the first born of Bob and Rita Marley where she has established herself as an author, singer, designer, and dancer along with being a global ambassador to many organizations and brands including the Reggae Girlz and Jamaica Women’s Football Program.

Since 2014, she has worked tirelessly to bring awareness and support to her father’s legacy where she and her family are doing an amazing job to keep his legacy alive.
