Buffalo Bills Linebacker Von Miller has been sued in Los Angeles by a woman that claimed Miller distributed a sexually explicit photo of her to “two well known celebrities”. Allegedly, the NFL star shared the explicit photo back in May of 2020 “in a fit of jealousy, anger, and rage”. The unnamed woman filed the lawsuit under the name of “Jane Doe”.
“Professional athletes are not exempt from the law and Miller’s vindictive, manipulative and unlawful actions must not be overlooked,” the lawsuit also read.
Miller and the unnamed woman were dating back in 2020 when the two “allegedly took personal and private photos together during sexual acts, with the understanding they would never be shared,” according to TMZ.
According to the lawsuit, the first message was sent on May 7, 2020. The message read “This the b**ch you want? You can have her dawg.” Three minutes later, a second message was sent to a different person and read “This the b**ch you want?”
Both messages were sent along with the explicit images.
“Jane Doe” has asked the court to order the NFL star to no longer share the explicit photographs in addition to monetary damages.
