Pastor Michael Todd has been delivering strong messages back to back in new series “Fresh Fruit.” This week’s message focused on the importance of vision. Fresh perspective may be the missing piece in your transformation. As always listen to message to see what stands out to you, notes are below.

Notes

  1. I’m not selling my vision. I’m sharing His vision
  2. Vision that is not continually shared becomes stale
  3. Don’t just observe the vision, own the vision
  4. The place vision is released is not the place it is received
  5. Real vision is always vulnerable
  6. Faith + Friends + Spiritual Formation = Fruit

Scriptures

You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you. (John 15:16)

“Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it.” (Habakkuk 2:2)

“I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful.” (John 15:1-2)

Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. (James 1:2-4)

A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a time of adversity. (Proverbs 17:17)

They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. (Acts 2:42)
