Ciara Imani is founder of Rebundle. Her company adds sustainability to hair care. Imani experienced breakouts and irritating reactions to the standard hair extensions. She discovered through intensive research that the hair she had been using was filled with chemicals. There the seed was planted as she sought to bring plant-based hair as a viable alternative.

Ryan Baker creator of The Nail Doctor & Co. Salon. Her success started from her rebellious teen years. Baker as a teen wanted to get her nails done, and after her mother refused to allow her, Baker decided to learn and do them herself. She would practice on friends from school and soon her passion and skills grew. She now owns her own salon and creates beautiful eye-catching nail art.

These boss queens inspire all those with an entrepreneurial spirit. It doesn’t matter if you are 16 or 60, you can add something innovative to the industry.
