Safaree Samuels and Erica Mena’s divorce drama just got a little messier! According to documents obtained by TMZ, Safaree has filed documents to a judge claiming that Erica Mena damaged personal property of his, including custom sneakers worth $30K, two motorcycles, and a 4-wheeler motorbike.

According to Samuels, Mena poured bleach on his custom sneakers worth $30K, also cutting off the laces in the process. To make matters worse, he also claims that she poured paint into the exhaust pipes, and gas tanks of his prized 4-wheeler and two motorcycles.

In the documents, Safaree alleges these damages occurred on May 23, two days after Mena filed for divorce. Mena was 8 months pregnant with their second child at that time, and Safaree says he can provide video footage to the court to prove his accusations. The “Hunnid” artist would also like the show, “Love and Hip Hop” to reimburse him for $50,000 to pay for the damages.

Unfortunately, this incident is just the latest in what has been an ugly, public separation. In late June, Safaree reportedly petitioned the courts to allow him to be present for the birth of their son.

Furthermore, Mena has repeatedly issued subtle disses publicly to her baby daddy, claiming he “failed to be involved in her care or to visit her at the hospital during her most recent stay, where she remained overnight for many days related to her pregnancy.”

Legally, the two are currently battling over custody of their two children; Mena wants complete physical custody with legal joint custody, while Safaree insists on the two sharing complete joint custody.

It has been reported that Samuels may also pursue criminal charges against Mena.
