Buying Black is always a good decision. Through the racial injustice that has dominated the news lately has led many into searching and purchasing from Black owned businesses. There are many platforms and influencers that make this process easier, however two business women just made it even easier. Friends Bridgette Jones and Valese Jones co-founded ‘The Queendom Beauty Box.

The Beauty Box is a subscription-based service that brings quality products straight to your door that have all been created by women of color. The company launched in October of 2020 with visions of offering a hair and nail salon on wheels for busy yet fashionable women. The pandemic as it did for most, wrecked those plans. However, the founders hope to have their salon on wheels come to fruition by next year.

The box features a wide range of products from hair care to self-care. The membership cost around $115 or you can try out a single box for $35. Also you can shop knowing you are also helping to give back. Every box that is sold the company donates a box to a “Queen in need.”

Treat yourself and give ‘The Queendom Beauty Box,’ a try to bring out the Queen inside of you.
