Singer and Songwriter Kelly Rowland gave back to families in need this past weekend, after partnering with the organization ‘Baby2Baby’.

The celebrity mom helped provide groceries and other essentials at the Baby2Baby Safe Distribution center.

Both stores Vons and Albertsons collaborated with Rowland and the Baby2Baby to make sure the distribution had a successful turnout.

Rowland took to Instagram to shoutout both Vons and Albertsons. Her caption read “I’m always proud to be a @Baby2Baby Board Member, but days like today are what it’s all about,” the singer wrote on Saturday (Mar. 19). “Shout out to @Vons and @Albertsons for making our B2B Safe Distribution possible and helping us provide groceries, diapers, clothing, backpacks, school supplies, hygiene items, and a vaccination clinic to families still impacted by the pandemic.”

Baby2Baby, ran by Kelly Sawyer Patricof and Norah Weinstein, is an organization developed to provide basic necessities to children that may lack the necessities needed to live a sustainable life. Food, school supplies and hygienic products are all offered.

The organization was recently named the #1 nonprofit on Fast Company’s annual list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies.

Back in 2019, Rowland mentioned in an interview that she joined the organization during her first pregnancy, stating that it has become one of her favorite organizations.
